Cancellation by the customer

If you cancel attending a course Coastal Media reserve the right to levy a charge. You may substitute the original delegate with an alternative at no extra charge prior to the start date of the course. Cancellations 31 days before the course start data will be refunded in full. Cancellations 15-30 days before the course start date will incur a charge of 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date will be charged in full. 

 

Transfer to another course

A delegate can be transferred without a charge onto an alternative course up to 7 days prior to the originally booked course. Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
