How we work
Our process starts with an initial consultation where we take the time to understand your business and agree on a tailored action plan. From there, you can purchase blocks of time to help keep your marketing on track and moving forward.
We’ve found that most businesses get the best results by first completing our core training course. This course provides a solid foundation in marketing fundamentals. After completing a course, you can decide whether to manage your marketing in-house or continue working with us on a consultancy basis.
That said, we recognise that every business is different. If you're a larger organisation or already confident in your marketing knowledge, you may prefer to jump straight into consultancy. We’ll help you determine the best approach during our initial call.
Consultancy can be booked in blocks of five or eight hours, which are used on a monthly basis. To ensure continuity and real progress, we usually recommend a minimum commitment of three months.
Due to high demand, we limit the number of businesses we work with to maintain the quality of our service. During busy periods, we operate a waitlist.
