Inspiration Sessions
Sometimes you don't need to go back to the beginning.
You know your business. You've got the foundations in place. But perhaps you've got a bit stuck, want some fresh ideas or there's something new happening that you need to get your head around.
That's what our Inspiration Sessions are for.
They're small, interactive sessions held in our dedicated training space in the Barn @ Letheringsett Watermill. They are where we bring together businesses we've worked with before to explore an idea, tackle a particular subject or make sense of something that's changing.

What is an Inspiration Session?
There's deliberately no standard format.
Some subjects need a couple of hours. Others deserve a whole day.
A session exploring how AI is changing Google Search might be a fast-moving couple of hours looking at what's changed, what it means and what businesses should be thinking about.
A day exploring how to build a more recognisable brand might give us much more time to experiment with tone of voice, messaging, visual identity and content, with plenty of practical exercises and lunch thrown in.

The subject determines the session, not the other way around.
What they have in common is that they're practical, interactive and designed to get you thinking.
Expect examples, discussion, exercises, experimentation and plenty of opportunities to work out what the subject actually means for your business.
Who are they for?
Inspiration Sessions are a little different from our other workshops.
They're primarily designed for businesses we've already worked with. You'll normally have completed a Small Business Clarity Day and, in most cases, spent some time working with us through Focus Sessions too.
That means we already have a shared starting point. We don't need to spend valuable time going back over the fundamentals. We can get into the interesting stuff.
And because the groups are small, we can create plenty of room for conversation, questions and learning from the other businesses in the room.
What might we explore?
Anything that we think could give the businesses we work with some useful new ideas. That could be...
Creative inspiration
Exploring things like brand, messaging, content or photography.
Technology inspiration
Making sense of developments in AI, search, automation or new digital tools.
Strategic inspiration
Looking at customer experience, new opportunities, products, services or other ways of developing the business.

What should I expect?
Not hours of PowerPoint.
We'll introduce ideas and share our experience, but Inspiration Sessions are designed around thinking, trying and doing.
Depending on the subject, you might find yourself analysing examples, experimenting with a new tool, pulling apart a customer journey, developing ideas with another business or covering a table in Post-it notes.
The exact format will change.
The intention won't:
